Apricot Fruit Flip

A creamy, fruity breakfast smoothie with apricot and banana. Energizing and delicious!

Ingredients

1 (12 oz) can apricot nectar 1 medium-size ripe banana 1/4 cup instant non-fat dry milk 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon honey 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind Ice cubes

Instructions

1. Combine all ingredients except ice cubes in blender. 2. Add enough ice cubes to measure 4 cups. 3. Blend until smooth. 4. Serve immediately.
