Ingredients
1/2 head bok choy, sliced thin
3 carrots, grated
4 green onions, sliced
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup cilantro leaves, chopped
Dressing:
1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
1/2 teaspoon Chinese chili-garlic paste
Instructions
1. Mix all vegetables in a bowl.
2. Mix vinegar and chili-garlic paste together.
3. Pour dressing over vegetables.
4. Toss well and serve.
