Australian Breakfast Fruit Compote

A refreshing mix of fresh fruits perfect for a light breakfast or brunch.

Ingredients

1 honeydew melon, cut in 1-inch cubes 1 cantaloupe, cut in 1-inch cubes 2 ripe apples, cubed 2 oranges, sectioned 2 bananas, sliced 2 cups grapes 1 cup fresh berries

Instructions

1. Prepare all fruits and combine in a large bowl. 2. Gently toss together. 3. Serve immediately or chill for up to 2 hours. 4. Best served fresh for breakfast or brunch. Note: Use whatever fruits are in season - this is just a starting point!
