Baked Pita Chips

Crispy homemade pita chips perfect for dipping. Addictively good!

Ingredients

6 thin low-fat whole wheat pita rounds (pocket kind) Nonstick spray Salt-free lemon pepper seasoning (like Mrs. Dash)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Split pitas horizontally into large disks. 3. Spray each cut side with nonstick spray. 4. Sprinkle with seasoning. 5. Cut each round into 6 wedges. 6. Spread wedges in single layer on baking sheet. 7. Bake 10-12 minutes until crisp. 8. Store in airtight container (if they last that long!).
