Balsamic Bells with Pasta

A tangy pasta dish featuring colorful bell peppers in a balsamic vinegar sauce.

Ingredients

1 red bell pepper, sliced 1 green bell pepper, sliced 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced 3-4 cloves garlic, minced 1 tablespoon capers 1/2-3/4 cup balsamic vinegar 1/2 cup cider vinegar 1 package rotini (spiral) pasta

Instructions

1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. 2. Pour both vinegars into a skillet and heat. 3. Sauté garlic in vinegar for about 1 minute. 4. Add pepper slices and stir. 5. Bring to a boil. 6. Reduce heat, add capers, and stir to mix. 7. Let simmer for 15-20 minutes. 8. Toss with cooked pasta. 9. It's really tangy and delicious!
