A creamy malt shake using frozen bananas and rice milk. Great way to use overripe bananas!
Ingredients
1-2 frozen very ripe bananas
1-2 tablespoons malt powder
1 cup rice milk (or more)
1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
Instructions
1. Break or slice frozen banana into small chunks and put in blender.
2. Add malt powder.
3. Add a small amount of rice milk and start to blend.
4. Add more rice milk as necessary until banana goes from chunks to puree.
5. Blend for another minute or two.
6. Add rest of rice milk and optional vanilla.
Tip: Peel and freeze overripe bananas for later use!
