Banana Split Salad

A fun and healthy dessert salad that looks like a banana split but is guilt-free!

Ingredients

1 cup fat-free plain or vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained 1 tablespoon honey (omit if using vanilla yogurt) 4 bananas, peeled 1/4 cup Grape-Nuts cereal 1/2 cup crushed strawberries

Instructions

1. Mix yogurt, pineapple, and honey. 2. Cut bananas in half lengthwise. 3. For each serving, use 2 banana halves. 4. Put 1/4 cup yogurt mixture on each serving. 5. Sprinkle with Grape-Nuts. 6. Top with crushed berries. Note: Red raspberries may be substituted for strawberries.
