Simple three-ingredient bean burgers with built-in salsa flavor. Freezer-friendly!
Ingredients
1 can pinto beans, drained
1 can black beans, drained
3 cloves garlic
1/2 cup salsa
Salt, pepper, and cayenne to taste
Instructions
1. Blend all ingredients in food processor until smooth.
2. Form into patties.
3. Fry in nonstick pan until browned.
4. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes for extra firmness.
5. Serve on buns or freeze for later.
Note: Amounts and bean varieties are flexible - experiment!
