Blueberry Smoothie

Creamy breakfast smoothie with frozen blueberries. Great with toast!

Ingredients

1/2 frozen banana (or unfrozen + 1 ice cube) 1/4-1/2 cup frozen blueberries 1/2-3/4 cup vanilla rice milk 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 packet sweetener

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in blender. 2. Blend until creamy. 3. Serve immediately with whole wheat toast for a complete breakfast.
