Blueberry sauce/Strawberry sauce
1 C. water
2 TBLS. lemon juice
2 TBLS. cornstarch
4 C. of blueberries or Strawberries(I use frozen)
Sweeten w/low cal sweatner approx.6 packets

Instructions
Combine first 3 ingredients in a small saucepan. Mix well. Add
blueberries, or strawberries; bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 1
to 2 minutes, stirring constantly until clear and thickened. Remove
from heat and add sweetener. Mix well and serve immediately.
