Bread Machine Pizza Dough

Easy homemade pizza dough using a bread machine. Adapted from Dean Ornish's heart-healthy program.
Ingredients
1 scant tablespoon active dry yeast
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 pinch of sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups warm water
Cornmeal for dusting
Instructions
1. Set bread machine to white bread and manual cycle.
2. Add all ingredients to bread machine.
3. Let run through manual cycle until dough rises to top of pan.
4. Preheat oven to 450°F.
5. Punch down dough and knead for about 1 minute on floured surface.
6. Stretch dough with fingertips to form a circle, flat in middle and thicker at edges.
7. Sprinkle cornmeal on pizza stone or heavy baking pan.
8. Transfer dough to pan.
9. Add toppings and herbs (oregano, basil, etc.).
10. Bake 10-15 minutes until crust has browned.
Topping ideas: pureed tomatoes, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, spinach, nutritional yeast.
