Chilled Fruit Soup Medley

Refreshing mixed fruit soup with cantaloupe, banana, peaches, and blueberries!

Ingredients

1 ripe cantaloupe (about 2 cups melon balls) 1 ripe banana, peeled 4 large ripe peaches, pitted 4 cups orange juice 2 cups fresh blueberries 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 cup ice cubes 1 cup pineapple juice 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

1. Put 2 cups melon in blender. Put rest in pitcher or bowl. 2. Add banana and peaches to blender with 2 cups orange juice. Puree until smooth. Pour into pitcher. 3. Puree 1 cup berries with spices, ice cubes, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and remaining orange juice until smooth. 4. Pour into pitcher along with remaining berries. 5. Chill at least 1 hour. Variations: Use all orange juice or all pineapple juice, or try pineapple coconut juice. Use honeydew or strawberries instead.
