Chocolate Granola Pie Crust

A simple chocolate crust made with fat-free granola. Perfect for cheesecakes and cream pies.

Ingredients

1 cup fat-free granola 2 tablespoons cocoa 1 tablespoon honey Water as needed

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Put granola and cocoa into food processor. 3. Process until no clumps remain. 4. Add honey and enough water to moisten. 5. Press into bottom of sprayed 10-inch springform pan. 6. Bake about 10 minutes. For 9-inch pie crust, increase ingredients by about 50%. For non-chocolate version, simply omit the cocoa.
