Classic Veggie Wrap

A fresh and satisfying vegetable wrap with hummus and crunchy vegetables.

Ingredients

1 large whole wheat tortilla 3 tablespoons hummus 1/2 cup mixed greens 1/4 cup shredded carrots 1/4 cup sliced cucumber 1/4 cup diced tomatoes 2 tablespoons sliced red onion Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Spread hummus evenly over tortilla. 2. Layer greens, carrots, cucumber, tomatoes, and onion in center. 3. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Fold in sides and roll up tightly. 5. Cut in half diagonally to serve.
