Curried Rice and Peas

Simple curry-spiced basmati rice with peas. A 5-minute office lunch!

Ingredients

1 cup cooked basmati rice 1-2 cups frozen peas 2 teaspoons curry powder (or to taste) Salt if desired

Instructions

1. Pre-cook basmati rice and put into plastic lunch box. 2. Add frozen peas. 3. Sprinkle generously with curry powder and salt if desired. 4. At work, stir then microwave for 5 minutes.
