Curry Salad Dressing

A healthy salad dressing recipe.

Ingredients

a salad dressing idea:
1 c. nonfat yogurt (or soy yogurt)
3 T. rice vinegar (or more to taste)
1 T tarragon
1 T curry powder
1 T nutritional yeast

Instructions

mix all ingredients, let it sit around for an hour or so. Flavor improves
with age.
