A zesty, crunchy snack mix that's virtually fat-free. The cheerios taste like peanuts!
Ingredients
5 cups wheat Chex
5 cups rice Chex
5 cups Cheerios
2-3 cups fat-free pretzels
1/2 cup fat-free margarine
1/2 cup fat-free Italian dressing
2-4 tablespoons hot sauce or Tiger Sauce
2-4 tablespoons soy sauce
Garlic powder to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 250°F.
2. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl.
3. Melt margarine with dressing over low heat, whisking to combine.
4. Add hot sauce, soy sauce, and garlic powder. Let cool slightly.
5. Drizzle liquid slowly over dry mixture, stirring as you go.
6. Spread in single layer on sprayed baking sheets.
7. Bake 75 minutes, stirring every 20 minutes.
8. Rotate pans halfway through.
9. Turn off oven, leave door slightly open, and let cool in oven.
10. Store in airtight container.
