This is really yummy. A bit demanding on time due to chopping the fruit
but extremely refreshing.
FRUIT FREEZE

2 cups orange juice
3 cups diced seasonal fresh fruit, cut into 1/4-1/2" pieces (NA used
strawberries, bananas, kiwi, mango, and grapes....hubby and I used
blueberries, strawberries, watermelon, pineapple).
Line a 12-muffin tin (or two 6-muffin tins) with foil liners. Combine the
fruit and juice and mix well. Pour the mixture into the muffin cups,
making sure to get some frut and juice in each. Put in freezer until

Notes: We didn't have foil liners, only paper and surmised from past
experience that paper wouldn't peel that well. We also didn't need 12 of
these, so we improvised and used our orange juice glasses (6-8 ounces)
and it made 6.
These were a *huge* hit with my daughter....anything that passes that test
at this point is a definite keeper :-) :-)
