Homemade Apricot Granola

Easy homemade granola with apricot jam for sweetness. Much better than store-bought!

Ingredients

10 cups rolled oats 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/4 cup honey 1 jar (10 oz) apricot jam

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F. 2. Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a large bowl using your hands. 3. Spread mixture on a large cookie sheet. 4. Bake about 30 minutes until starting to brown. 5. Take out every 5 minutes to stir. 6. Let cool completely before storing in airtight container.
