A simple apple crisp sweetened with honey and brown sugar.
Ingredients
6 large apples, peeled and sliced
4 tablespoons honey (3-5 to taste)
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
2/3 cup rolled oats
1/3 cup flour
2/3 cup packed brown sugar
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Spray 2-quart baking dish with cooking spray.
3. Arrange apple slices in dish.
4. Combine oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and honey.
5. Mix well until crumbly.
6. Sprinkle over apples.
7. Bake 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbly.
