Mango Orange Dressing

Ingredients

Mango-Orange Dressing
Makes 3/4 cup
Prep time: 10 minutes
1 medium mango, peeled and cut into chunks
1/2 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon curry powder

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until smooth.
