Everyone's favorite potato salad from Outpost! Dill pickles add the perfect tang.
Ingredients
5 lbs red potatoes, cooked and cubed
1 cup green onions, chopped
1/2-3/4 cup diced Kosher dill pickles
1/4 cup minced parsley
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 clove garlic, minced
Fat-free Nasoynnaise or mayo to taste
1 1/2 tablespoons dill weed
1 teaspoon black or white pepper
Yellow mustard to taste (optional)
Instructions
1. Cook potatoes, drain, and let cool.
2. While cooling, chop onions and pickles, mince parsley and garlic.
3. When cool enough to touch, cube potatoes into large bowl (peel if desired).
4. Sprinkle garlic, pickles, onions, parsley, pepper, celery seed, and dill over potatoes. Mix well.
5. Add nayonnaise and mix well.
6. Enjoy!
