Ingredients
Pea Guacamole
This is a delicious alternative to the more usual avocado version, that I
modified from a New Zealand food magazine - and of course it's fat free.
But you do need a food processor.
1 1/2 cups of peas
1cup of sweetcorn
1 clove of garlic
Juice of 1 lemon/lime
1 1/2 tsp of cumin powder

Instructions
chillis/ chillisauce to taste
2 tblspns of fresh cilantro
salt and pepper to taste
Chuck the whole lot in the food processor for about 1 minute or until
reasonably smooth.
