Instructions
Heat oven to 375 degrees
Wash 1 large, or 2 small potatoes
Cut raw potato into small bite sized pieces
Spray baking sheet non-fat no stick spray, like Pam.
Place potatoes on baking sheet in single layer
Sprinkle with Season Salt, Basil, Salt and Pepper (if you have Tony
Cacheries that is great)
Spray potatoes with no stick spray
Bake for 45-60 minutes, turning them 1/2 way through.
Toss into the salad
