Easy overnight crockpot stew with artichokes and winter squash. Just set and sleep!
Ingredients
1 lb can tomato sauce
1 small can chopped tomatoes
4 Roma tomatoes, sliced
1 can cannellini beans with liquid
1 small winter squash (butternut), sliced
1 can artichoke hearts (in brine), drained
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 whole cloves
1 small cinnamon stick
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Instructions
1. Assemble all ingredients in a medium crockpot.
2. Set on low.
3. Let all ingredients mingle overnight.
4. Serve hot in the morning or for dinner the next day.
