A flavorful, low-fat sauce recipe.
Ingredients
Quick Pasta sauce
1 can S & W pasta style recipe ready tomatoes (some sugar, no oil)
1 small onion
1-6 cloves garlic (to taste)
1 T capers in vinegar
3-4 no oil sun dried tomatoes
3-4 no oil artichoke hearts

Instructions
Saute onion and garlic in a little water until soft. Add all other
ingredients , turn to low and continue cooking until the pasta (I used
vegetable spirals) is done. My husband (who will eat vlf when I cook
for him) loved it! The capers give it a fancier taste, I think.
