Simple baked acorn squash with brown sugar or honey. The easiest way to enjoy this fall favorite!
Ingredients
1 acorn squash
1/2 inch water
Brown sugar or honey to taste
Instructions
1. Cut squash in half and clean out seeds.
2. Place cut side down in 1/2 inch of water in baking dish.
3. Bake at 350°F for 30-40 minutes until soft.
4. Remove and sprinkle with brown sugar or a little honey.
5. Serve immediately.
