A healthy salad dressing recipe.
Ingredients
This is a great salad dressing recipe I got from some cookbook and
modified to be fat free by omitting 1 Tbsp sesame oil. The orange juice
prevents the dressing from being overly sour in the absence of oil.
Royal Orange Thai Dressing
5 Tbsp orange juice
1 tsp minced ginger
1 tsp minced garlic
1 Tbsp lite soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
pinch of cayenne, optional
