Flavorful grilled polenta with pizza seasoning and Bragg's aminos. Perfect party food!
Ingredients
2 cups polenta (coarsely ground cornmeal)
6 cups water
1 teaspoon pizza seasoning
1/3 cup Bragg's liquid aminos
2 teaspoons garlic granules
Instructions
1. Cook polenta with all ingredients for 15-20 minutes, stirring constantly until very thick.
2. Pour into 9x13" baking pan.
3. Chill several hours or overnight.
4. Cut into 1 to 1.5-inch slices.
5. Grill in oven at 400°F for 30 minutes.
