Ingredients
from "The McDougall Program":
SPICY BEAN SPREAD: (highly spicy, but I like it)

1.5 cups cooked and drained kidney or pinto beans (1 15-16 oz can)
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 tomato, chopped
1 clove garlic (I use more)
1 TBS. low-sodium soy sauce
1/2 TBS. chili powder
1/2 TBS. ground cumin

Instructions
1/2 TSP. paprika
1/2 TSP. dried oregano
Process all ingredients in blender/food processor until smooth. You might
want to add a little water during processing.
This is great packed in a whole=wheat tortilla or pita pocket.
