Ingredients
One of my favorite fat free appetizer recipes is really easy and usually

Spinach Dip (Low/No Fat)

Instructions
Combine 2 (10oz) packages of thawed, well drained, frozen spinach; 1
(16oz) carton nonfat sour cream; 1 cup fat free (or reduced calorie
mayonaise);
1 cup plain, nonfat, yogurt; 2 (8oz) cans water chestnuts, drained and
chopped; 1 (1.4oz) package dry vegetable soup and recipe Mix (I use Knorr);
and 1 cup sliced green onions.
Refrigerate, covered, several hours or overnight.
Slice the top third off of one bread loaf and hollow out the inside.
Fill with dip for presentation and surround with fresh vegetable for dipping.
