Three Bean Pasta Salad

Hearty office lunch salad that keeps all week. Customize with whatever veggies you have!
Ingredients
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1 can garbanzo beans, drained and rinsed
1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 package rainbow pasta
1 bunch green onions or red onion, chopped
1/2 green or red pepper, chopped
Broccoli florets to taste
2 carrots, chopped
1/2 bunch radishes, sliced
Mrs. Dash or salt-free seasoning (optional)
1/2 bottle fat-free dill and garlic dressing
Instructions
1. Drain and rinse beans in colander and put in a large bowl.
2. Boil pasta. When done, drain and rinse with cold water. Add to beans.
3. Chop all vegetables and add to bowl.
4. Sprinkle with seasoning if desired.
5. Pour dressing over mixture and toss well.
6. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
Variations: Add peas, string beans, cauliflower, celery, or cucumbers.
