Tomato-Herb Dressing
1/2 c. red wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, minced
3/4 c. low-sodium tomato juice
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. dried oregano leaves
Pinch of cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. chopped scalllions
Pinch of sugar
1 Tbsp. minced fresh parsley
