Warm Honey Mustard Potato Salad

Quick microwave potato salad with honey mustard dressing. Only 4g fat per serving!
Ingredients
24 oz frozen potato wedges with skins
1 cup sliced celery
1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
2 tablespoons chopped green onions or red onion
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup prepared mustard
Instructions
1. Place potatoes in 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Cover.
2. Microwave on HIGH for 5-8 minutes or until desired doneness. Cool slightly.
3. Cut potato wedges in half.
4. Add celery, bell pepper, onions, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix gently.
5. In small bowl, combine honey and mustard. Mix until well blended.
6. Pour over potato mixture and mix well.
7. Serve warm or chilled.
