Apple Butter Raisin Bread

Fragrant apple butter bread with cinnamon sugar topping. Delicious spread with more apple butter!
Ingredients
1 cup apple butter
6 egg whites, beaten frothy
1/2 cup skim milk
3 cups all-purpose flour
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup raisins or 3/4 cup currants
Topping:
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
1. Combine apple butter, egg whites, and milk. Blend well.
2. Sift dry ingredients together into large mixing bowl.
3. Add apple butter mixture. Stir only until flour is moistened.
4. Add raisins or currants.
5. Divide between two lightly sprayed and floured loaf pans.
6. Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
7. When removing from oven, spray tops lightly with cooking spray.
8. Sift combined powdered sugar and cinnamon on top of each loaf.
9. Serve slices spread with additional apple butter.
