Banana Bonanza Bread

Ultra-simple 6-banana bread that's impossible to mess up. Amazing with cold vanilla soy milk!

Ingredients

6 very ripe bananas (slightly overripe is fine) 1 cup sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla 2 cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder Cinnamon to taste

Instructions

1. In one bowl, mash bananas until smooth (or leave slightly chunky). 2. Add sugar and vanilla. Blend until incorporated. 3. In another bowl, mix dry ingredients until well blended. 4. Add dry to wet ingredients. Mix thoroughly. 5. Pour into 9x13 glass baking dish (no spray needed) or sprayed loaf pan. 6. Bake at 350°F for 1 hour. 7. Serve with a glass of cold vanilla soy milk!
