Basic Bulgur

Simple instructions for cooking medium bulgur or cracked wheat. Ready in 20 minutes!

Ingredients

2 cups water 3/4 teaspoon salt 1 cup medium bulgur or cracked wheat (don't rinse)

Instructions

1. In 2-quart pan, bring water and salt to a boil. 2. Stir in bulgur and return to boil. 3. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 20 minutes. 4. Remove from heat and let stand 5 minutes. 5. Fluff with a fork.
