Basic Fat-Free Biscuits

Simple drop biscuits without fat. Note: fat-free biscuits won't be as flaky as traditional ones.
Ingredients
2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
1 teaspoon (rounded) baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sucanat or granulated sweetener
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups low fat soy milk or skim dairy milk
Instructions
1. Place dry ingredients in bowl.
2. Add milk to center of ingredients.
3. Carefully fold from center to outside until combined. Do not over stir!
4. Drop by tablespoons onto nonstick, lightly sprayed cookie sheet.
5. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes until golden.
