Basil Sun-Dried Tomato Bread

Savory bread with dried basil and sun-dried tomatoes. Can be made in bread machine or by hand!
Ingredients
2 1/4 teaspoons dry yeast
3 cups bread flour
3 tablespoons wheat bran
1/3 cup quinoa grain (or substitute more flour)
3 tablespoons nonfat dry milk powder
1 tablespoon dried basil
1/3 cup chopped sun-dried tomatoes (reconstituted)
1 teaspoon salt
1 1/4 cups water
Instructions
1. Pour boiling water over sun-dried tomato halves. Soak 10 minutes, drain, cool to room temperature. Snip into 1/4 inch pieces.
2. Add all ingredients in order suggested by bread machine manual.
3. Process on basic bread cycle.
Alternatively: Knead by hand, let rise, punch down, rise in loaf pans, bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
