Moist cornbread with creamed corn and egg whites. Only 3% calories from fat!
Ingredients
1 cup whole wheat flour
1 cup cornmeal
2 tablespoons sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 egg whites
1 cup skim milk
3/4 cup creamed corn
Instructions
1. Mix dry ingredients together.
2. Mix wet ingredients together.
3. Combine wet and dry, stirring just until blended.
4. Pour into sprayed 8x12 inch pan.
5. Bake about 20 minutes at 400°F.
