Crispy Baked Tofu

Simple baked tofu that gets perfectly crispy without any oil. A versatile protein for bowls and stir-fries.

Ingredients

1 block (14 oz) extra-firm tofu, pressed 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce 1 tablespoon rice vinegar 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger

Instructions

1. Press tofu for at least 30 minutes to remove excess water. 2. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line baking sheet with parchment. 3. Cut tofu into cubes, strips, or triangles. 4. Mix soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder, and ginger. 5. Toss tofu in marinade. 6. Arrange in single layer on baking sheet. 7. Bake 35-40 minutes, flipping every 15 minutes, until crispy. 8. The longer you bake, the crispier it gets.
