Simple 6-ingredient banana bread. Friends will do anything for this recipe!
Ingredients
3 ripe bananas, well mashed
4 egg whites, well beaten
2 cups flour
3/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray loaf pan (2 if small) with non-stick spray.
2. Mix bananas and eggs together in large bowl.
3. Stir in flour, sugar, salt, and baking soda.
4. Pour into prepared pan(s).
5. Bake approximately 1 hour, or until toothpick comes out clean.
6. Remove from pan to rack.
7. Serve warm or cooled.
