Loaded Baked Potato Bar

Set up a baked potato bar with healthy toppings for an easy crowd-pleasing meal.

Ingredients

6 large baking potatoes Topping Ideas: Fat-free sour cream Salsa Steamed broccoli florets Fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded Green onions, chopped Chives Black beans Vegetarian chili Plain yogurt Fresh herbs

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F. 2. Scrub potatoes and prick several times with fork. 3. Bake directly on oven rack 45-60 minutes until tender. 4.
