Rice Cooker Barley

Easy set-it-and-forget-it barley with vegetables. Just put everything in and press cook!

Ingredients

1 cup barley 2 cups broth of your choice 1 large onion, chopped 2 ripe tomatoes, diced 8 oz can mushrooms, drained 1 tablespoon vegan Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1 teaspoon dried parsley Pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Put all ingredients in rice cooker and stir. 2. Cover and turn to COOK. 3. Ready in about 45 minutes. Stove-top method: Bring to a boil, reduce to low, and simmer covered for 45 minutes.
